Yes, but....: In the foot it's known as tarsal tunnel.

See note: Yes. It is called however tarsal tunnel. It commonly is seen in patients who have had carpal tunnel in the past and presents with many of similar findings. Those include numbness and tingling, heel pain, arch soreness, burning sensations and generalized foot fatigue. The treatment for both is very similar and often surgery is required.
