Pregnancy unlikely: Provided that you have regular menstrual cycles, that this was an otherwise regular cycle, and that your periods are reasonable length (no more than 7 days total), it is highly unlikely that you could conceive this early in your menstrual cycle. If unsure, emergency contraception should be used (the "morning after pill").
