You need help: Contact a lactation consultant in your area (a nurse who specializes in helping moms breast feed), or a representative of la leche league (http://www.Llli.Org/webus.Html). If these are not available where you are, find an experienced mom who has nursed several times. If none of this helps, formula feed. Most likely, if you are determined, you will succeed at nursing.
