HEMATOMA: Toilet seat injuries are common in this age. If it is at the tip of the meatus on one side or the other it could be a meatal cyst. They are benign, can resolve on their own or be removed surgically but they generally are assymptomatic. They are usueally quite spherical and purple and less than 1/4 inch.
