1% hydrocortisone: There are many causes for itch, especially in the vaginal area. Your first try should be over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone cream rubbed in 2 x/day. If this doesn't work or the itch/rash gets worse, you may have a fungal infection. Then try Clotrimazole cream (over the counter too). Still no relief, see your dermatologist.
