Is it normal to have slight bleeding after cerumin impaction removal?

Possible: Sometimes the ear canal can get a little skinned up if it gets bumped by a catheter or any other object in your ear. If it doesn't hurt and there is not a lot of bleeding it should clear up quickly.

Can happen : There can occasionally be some bleeding from the ear due to ear canal trauma in the course of removing cerumen from the ears. When cerumen is hard and deeply impacted in the ear it is best to soften it to allow for the least traumatic removal possible. In the event of blood, keep ears dry and follow up with provider as directed. Do not use q-tips to "clean ears".
