Depends: If you have not seen positive ovulation predictor kits showing ovulation each month, that shows you are not ovulating every month. You can check to see if your thyroid is a problem by doing a TSH level. If you exercise excessively that can cause issues as well. You can see if you have an adequate Progesterone level by checking your level 7 days after ovulation.
