Smegma not bumps: M genitalis is what is found in the cheesy, curdly secretion found between the foreskin and glans penis. It does not cause bumps- if you are referring to the whitish bumps that is sometimes seen alon the edge of the glans penis, those are naturally occurring " pink pearly penile papules ".
