I need help w/ sex; i can't fake it anymore (really long)?

Very complex.: Hormones, emotions, communication, all paly into enjoyment of sex. You need to discuss this with your doctor. Certain meds, ie prozax and other ssris do this: make climax difficult to achieve. If you have emotional distance, it will be harder. Then you may need to talk to a psychologist. Sex is quite complicated, and has become, more so.
