No: Check with your local military recruiter. Even if you were stable from a medical point of view, the immunosuppression will be a military point of exclusion.

No, unfortunately: As a transplant patient, you need meds to suppress the immune system, making you vulnerable to infections. I could pull out citations from AR 40-501 Ch 2, which is what the MEPS use but, common sense would tell you that if for some reason you get sick or can't get your meds, and you are stuck in the middle of nowhere, you are putting you & your fellow soldiers at risk.
