Rest: This twitching of the eyelid is known as myokymia. It is triggered by stress, caffeine use and lack of sleep. It typically lasts for a few weeks and goes away by itself. It is not of concern unless the twitching spreads to other parts of your face, if that happens, see your doctor immediately.
