Yes: If the sexual partner has gc, syphilis, chlamydia, hepatitis b, hepatitis c, tb, or hiv. All of these std can cause severe arthritis.

Also gonorrhea or...: If the female is infected with gonorrhea, it is possible. However the infection need be in your system for a while. Men with gc know it immediately, with severe urethral pain, usually with urination, which can be bloody. Therefore this is unlikely. However chlamydia can cause arthritis, usually in genetically prone indivudals, and this can cause arthritis.

Yes but only if ...: Yes, but only if her arthritis is caused by a sexually transmitted disease (std) such as chlamydia, hiv, etc. In that case, her partner might contract the std and the arthritis. The most common forms of arthritis such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are not contagious.
