Need to see DOC asap: Severe thirst in diabetic may mean uncontrolled blood glucose and diabetes. This is called polydipsis. It may mean dehydration. Need to check your blood sugar and see your doc asap to avoid complications of diabetes like ketoacidosis and coma.
