Which foods help fight arthritis pain?

Anti inflammatory : An anti inflammatory diet is best. Whole foods, vegetables, fruits, lean protein, nuts, legumes whole grains and healthy fats like omega 3 fatty acids found in fish like salmon. Some people have sensitivities to certain foods which can flare the joints. The best way to find which foods make your symptoms worse is to eliminate one food at a time and then reintroduce it.
