Absolutely.: However, the fact that the stiff neck came after the antibiotic does not mean that one cause the other, or even that they are related. What's more concerning to me is that you were given Cefdinir for a uri. A URI is a cold, caused by a virus. Viruses do not respond to antibiotics, ever. I wonder what was being treated. See your doctor again regarding the stiff neck.
