What is the best thing for morning sickness when pregnant?

Zofran (ondansetron): I found zofran to work the best when i was pregnant. Reglan (metoclopramide) is another drug. Small frequent meals, hydration with citric or tart liquids can help as well. Some women find ginger to work, ginger teas, etc. Other women do find relief with the sea bands. Good luck!

Ginger/reglan/phener: Ginger snacks, metoclopramide, promethazine, vitamin b complex, and ondansetron have al varying success on an individual basis but their combination works for most women. Zofran causes severe constipation, so avoid if possible (not to mention very expensive). All are safe for use in pregnancy.
