Simple injections: The process is quite simple. Humira (adalimumab) comes in two froms: a standard pre-filled syringe or a "pen" in both cases you allow the medication to get to room temperature for 15-20 minutes, pick the site of injection on thigh or abdomen, swab the area with alcohol and then inject. The standard syringe simply gets pushed in over a few seconds. With the pen you insert the needle then push on the plunger ta.
