Does raynaud's typically cause shoulder pain?

No, but. . .: Raynaud's phenomenon (constriction of blood vessels to the fingers and toes, when exposed to triggers like cold weather) should not cause shoulder pain. However, other diseases or conditions that cause raynaud's (autoimmune disorders like lupus, rheumoid arthritis, or dermatomyositis; hormonal imbalances; drug effects; etc...) may cause joint pains and/or muscle aches, including in the shoulders.

Extremity Disease: It is limited to the hands and occasionally the feet. It involves spasm of the muscles lining the vessels. For shoulder pain, think muscles, tendons or ligaments as the cause.
