Abscess: If it is on your skin it is probably an abscess. This can lead to streaking and will require a doctor to incise and drain it with sterile equipment, send it to the lab and start you on antibiotics. They are usually seen in thearmpits at the sweat glands but can be in other places. If it is in the inguinal nodes or near the sexual organs it can be an std and you will need a doctor to treat it.
