Moist heat: This is not an unusual side effect of intramuscular injection, although quite bothersome for you.I recommend a towel moistened with epson salt water(1 cup salt in a quart of water), warmed and applied to the site for 15 mins every 3-4 hours.It should clear in a day or two.If not better soon seek care!
