Is it okay to smoke cigarettes with raynaud's phenomenon?

No: Nicotine in any form including smokeless tobacco tends to make raynaud's worse and in fact works against medications used to treat more chronic forms of the condition. The obvious health risks to smoking in general are obviously well documented.

No: Its not ok to smoke without raynaud's phenomenon, so why should it be ok with it? Smoking itself causes blood vessels to constrict, and that is already a problem in people with raynaud's. Smoking makes it worse, and increases the risk of eventually even losing fingers, toes and whole limbs. Smoking is an addiction, and raynaud's increases its harm. Get help from your doctor and use a program.
