Complementary Tx: Though there is no robust studies on green tea and psoriatic arthritis, there are many foods and herbs that have anti-inflammatory properties. Examples include arnica, tumeric (curcumin), and ginger. There is an interesting study comparing thunder god vine (a root) to a traditional medication for RA (sulfasalazine) which showed some superiority (not the best study).
