Possibly: Polymyalgia rheumatica most commonly affects the shoulder and neck area. After that it affects the hip girdle area. Many people describe pain throughout the whole body. It is not typical to have pain only in the chest area but that doesn't mean it's not possible.

PR and diaphgram: Not usually - mainly shoulder and neck and then hips, also any muscle can be painful - mainly skeletal muscle.
