Difficult: Tubal ligations do have a failure rate so nothing is impossible although unlikely. You are more at risk for an ectopic if you should conceive naturally. If you're asking if a pregnancy is possible with assistance (ivf), reconsider since the ablation puts you at increased risks of pregnancy complications (fetal loss, placental abnl, etc).
