Sure: Whatever's in the air, gets breathed in by those present. Synthetic marijuana is especially risky stuff because you don't know what's in it in the first place -- unidentified herbs sprayed with an undetermined quantity of thc-like solution. Not healthy for the smoker or those breathing around him/her.
