Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see if there are any medical causes of newly increase acne-type blemishes, such as hormonal imbalances or medication side effects. If no specific causes are found, then the doctor or a dermatologist can start some treatments to help decrease the blemishes.

Acne: You have a life long condition called acne. It is genetic, worsens with stress, sunburn, hormonal changes, lack of sleep, and picking your face. Try washing with a brush and using salicylic acid wash everytime you shower and speak with a doctor regarding a treatment program. Many prescriptions are available as well as laser treatments. Understand acne is not age related.
