Many things see your: Gyn for a workup, could be hromones not working right, blood clotting abnormalities, fibroids, adenomyosis of the uterus, endometrial hyperplasia or rarely at your age cancer, so you need blood work , cultures nad an ultrasound and then yoiur gyn can prescibe the proper treatment.
