No, that is not true: No, not always. Cigarette addiction takes many years of "sobriety, " and sufficient time, probably measured in years, must pass before you may consider yourself "addiction-free." i believe that willpower and mindfulness play important roles in abstinence. One must be willing to not smoke and to utilize the knowledge that cravings pass if wait them out.
