Balanitis: Warm sitz baths 2-3x a day and local antibiotic treatment (bacitracin usually works applied 2-3x a day). Area should be washed with soap and water daily.

Here are...: No cure, but modifying so your body can copy. Here are some: key rx is gentle cleaning ; drying the foreskin regularly, especially after each peeing plus timely ; thinly applying antifungal/steroid cream; definite rx is circumcision + good hygiene.
