You need an evaluati: You should see your gyn, you are probably peri-menopausal, and may be starting to skip periods, but you need blood work and an ultrasound, and then you can take some very low dose Progesterone for a few days to induce the period after you have been evaluated, herbs work for some things , but not relaible to induce periods esp without an evaluation.
