Yes: If you feel fatigued check with your doctor to get screened for blood loss anemia. If that is occurring you may need birth control pills to lighten your periods. They also make bcp with iron. Iuds can cause heavier periods. If you have one use another form of birth control when you get it removed. Weight loss can occasionally help with having lighter periods if you are overweight.
