Pregnancy tests: Blood HCG levels are detected within 6 - 10 days after conception, so if you have had a very regular cycle, you would be expected to be positive by now. However, it is always possible you ovulated late, or had an anovulatory cycle. Repeat the urine test in the morning in a few days. If not pregnant, and your period still a no-show, you should follow up with your gynecologist for a cause.
