Skin irritation: You may have some local irritation due to intercourse or irritated skin (certain soaps/perfumes can cause irritation and itching). If you see any lesions there - sores, ulcers, etc, make sure you get it looked at by your doctor. If no lesions, just leave it alone, try not to scratch it or scrub it with soap and give it a few days to go away on its own.
