Bug bites or grass..: After a concert, presuming an outdoors concert, little dots may be bug bites on the knees, or scratches/irritation from kneeling on grass, or even irritation from kneeling on mats or other rough textures. A primary care doctor can evaluate, if there are persistent or more symptoms.
