Not likely,: The emergency oral contraceptives render your cervical canal impervious to sperm and your uterine lining hostile to fertilized eggs, so you should be safe from pregnancy this time. I would highly recommend, though, relying on a more efficient form of regular contraception, such as intrauterine device if you do not desire pregnancy at this time. Folic acid 1-5 mg daily just in case you get pregnant.
