Mumps: The size of your testes maybe normal but a urologist can measure them to confirm. Testicular size attained after puberty rarely reduce in size unelss you have a varicocele, etc.

Unclear: I do not understand this question. If you have small testes and had mumps orchitis in the past, your risk of infertility/subfertility is increased. If you have trouble fathering a child, obtain a semen analysis and see a urologist.
