Too soon to tell: It would be too soon to tell if you are pregnant or not- although the discomfort you are feeling is not likely due to that- since you just had sex today--what is more likely is that you are feeling the discomfort of ovulation. There are also possibilities like a twisted ovary- so if pain doesnt go away- then you should go see the doctor.
