2-26-12: For menstrual dating assuming a 28 day cycle, ovulation would have occurred approximately feb 26. Conception would have surrounded this date within 1-3 days. Throw in the margin of error of an early ultrasound & you can possibly expand conception range by a few more days. Talk to your doc if this doesn't make sense. Take care.
