See your doctor: It may be because of a new partner , spermicide use, or frequent intercourse. If your periods have stopped, you may have dryness that makes infections more frequent. Sometimes, an infection may come back if the right antibiotic was not given. You also need to be checked for any problem with your bladder (poor emptying or even cancers). Preventive antibiotics or daily cranberry juice might help.
