Low blood sugar: You are probably doing several things: not eating regularly & eating lots of refined sugar. This is not good practice. You will wind up gaining weight, likely developing diabetes and are probably pre-diabetic. Have your blood sugar check. Eat regularly, nutritious food. You need a lifestyle change!

Yes.: It is extremely common, especially if you were a young football player. There is a lot of pivoting in football, as well as strain on the knees. Minor injuries occur to the meniscus (cartilage) that accumulate over time. Good quad strengthening and hamstring stretches can stabilize the knee.

Essential tremor: This maybe part of an essential aka familial aka intention tremor. These are not serious but tend to run in families. They usually are seen most in hands when trying to lift things, are made worse by caffeine, stimulants and anxiety. If concerned consult a neurologist.
