Discharge: I'd be somewhat concerned about a yellow-ish green discharge. We think of yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis, even if you're not sexually active. Your doc can help you sort this out. If you're having abdominal pain or fevers, its all the more important to get checked out. Best of luck.
