Encouragement: That's really hard. I feel for you. The only thing i can say is to encourage him with love and concern. If he is healthy, you might try saying to him to go as a favor to you. And that, if everything is ok, then it's no big deal - only 1-2 hours were spent and he's likely cleared for an entire year. If something does show up, say that it's better to catch it early when it's easier to fix.
