It Can Vary: Many women have lighter or irregular cycles, some don't have cycles at all. If you miss your period, this may be normal but do check a pregnancy test if you have any early symptoms of pregnancy (fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, etc). It's perfectly normal not to have cycles on implanon.
