Depends on the pill: If you are using hormonal contraception, (usually the first line treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome-pcos) as directed, your risk of pregnancy may be slightly less than the typical user. If you are taking metformin (glucophage) for pcos, it is thought that the decrease in Insulin resistance, may help conception. However, research on metformin use to improve fertility is not conclusive.

What kind of pills?: If you're taking birth control pills, the chance of pregnancy is low unless you miss pills - less than 1 in 100 women using pills perfectly will get pregnant in a year, versus about 8 in 100 per year with some missed pills. If you're taking metformin (glucophage) for Insulin resistance (pre-diabetes) without birth control pills then you do have a higher chance of getting pregnant.
