Sympathetic reaction: Yes, it can be. This is classic sympathetic reaction with fight or flight response. There is sudden release and surge of adrenaline in the blood with spasms of blood vessels in feet and hand which makes them cold, hot face and temples pulsating which means the blood pressure was high too. Need to divert anger towards a peaceful resolution, and do regular exercises. If it persists, see a doctor.

Within normal : Iimits yes. Y and relax though not too many things are worth getting that angry over when you take time to think about it.
