How can i reduce dependence on friends?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Why want to?: Hard question to answer, since it depends on who they are and what they are doing for you. Human beings are usually interdependent, and in most relationships we should be giving as good as we are getting. It is one thing to want more self-sufficiency, and another thing to want to isolate oneself. If you think friends have hidden agendas, you need to discuss it with them.
