A member asked:

I ate some sausage that contained beef parts and glands. should i worry about mad cow?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not if well cooked: Mad cow was predominantly in england and not really in the usa. However, a number of parasites live in little piggies and cows, so know where your meat comes from and cook thoroughly if any concern. Remember that the greater risk here is e. Coli, and other human bacterial contaminants, such as salmonella and shigella.
