? FISTULA: By your general description, i suspect he may have a fistula, which is a small channel from the anorectal canal to the surface skin. It may just be a pilonidal cyst, but he should see a doctor who could evaluate him, and then refer to an appropriate specialist, if necessary. Make the appointment. Good luck.
