Check this out first: You have slightly high TSH levels (0.4-5 mu/l nml range) and T4 is ok. If you have thyroid ab, you should get some workup for what it might be because it might point to your high tsh, and might indicate an underlying disease, like hashimoto's that you should be treated for before you think of pregnancy. Even if you don't have thyroid ab, you should get a thorough workup for unexpected findings.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, you are at risk of thyroid deficiency and it may make conception more difficult. You may need thyroid supplemental medication.
