Difficult to answer: By just saying "black spots" it is not possible to say what is causing your problem. This could be simple hyperpigmentation from some dermatitis, acne or other condition. Or it could be other things. I would suggest you have these "spots" examined to determine exactly the diagnosis and then possible treatments.
